"A gem of a hotel. very well situated with the city centre in easy walking distance. Scrupulously clean. A very very comfortable room, good anenities (cafe, lounge, minibar, good selection of newspapers at breakfast including a couple of English titles) very friendly and helpful staff and a very good breakfast buffet. This hotel made our stay. We would both highly recommend and we will very definitely stay again . "

"Let’s start with the good and then move on. GOOD: convenient to U3, staff, breakfast, cleanliness, shower, bathroom, security safe, WiFi, well insulated, very central. NOT GOOD: small room, no chair to sit in, limited storage, unusable window seat, very soft mattress, pillows so thin as to be useless, room wasn’t cleaned, ineffective air conditioning. BAD: no privacy (window completely overlooked by building opposite). "

"Chose this hotel as it is in walking distance of Arena Wien. Was not disappointed. Quiet location, clean room and the bed/pillows were very comfortable. Had a kitchenette in the room but did not use as only stayed 1 night. Breakfast didn't have a wide variety of options but tasted nice. Not particularly close to the city center but we knew that when booking. The walk took us about 45-50 minutes. Would definitely stay again if visiting Arena Wien in Vienna. "

"This hotel was stunning. It was so well decorated and designed. The bathroom was so beautiful — and stocked with LeLabo Santal 33 products! And the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. The neighborhood was very cute — quiet, close to museums, the river promenade, and some excellent restaurants (and next door to a highly rated jazz bar). Highly highly recommend staying at Miiro Palais Rudolf. It’s the only hotel (except maybe their new one opening in April 2026) I’ll ever stay at in Vienna. "

"Excellent staff and covenant location close to the main train station and tram stop. The room was clean and a good size. Breakfast was abundant and tasty. My only gripe was the shower as it was nearly impossible not to get the floor wet. "
