The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Its a very nicely run hotel.We enjoyed our stay alot the staff made it feel special and nothing seemed to much trouble.

Highly recommended. We had a junior suite for 3 adults. Hotel recently renovated and beautifully done. The staircase itself looked like a palace staircase. Small issue with the shower, which can be expected when renovations are done - the staff was very accommodating with extra towels being provided until a fix was done when we were out, and extra room tidy. Nice walk to centre of Vienna and opera, as well as close to restaurants for the evening. We couldn't have hoped for a better stay.

When we arrived at the Imperial Hotel we were expecting grandeur, history and to be impressed with the building itself (all of which are present in abundance). Very clean and comfortable hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Located close to city centre with excellent transportation options (subway trains, trams and buses). Highly recommend.

Impressive, quiet location with easy access to major sites of interest. The pleasant ambience of the hotel was matched by the obliging staff. Our bedroom was clean and comfortable and the bathroom likewise. All this and in a city of great interest and beauty too! We would have no hesitation in recommending the Beethoven Hotel to anyone.

Traveling to Austria and Vienna for the first time, you have no sense of areas, hotels, etc - so you take a shot in the dark, read online reviews and hope for the best. Perfectly located on a quiet street just outside the historical quarter, but less than a minute away from an underground station with trains every 5 minutes or so that will take you there in no time. Our room, and it faced the street, was gloriously quiet. I am a light sleeper who frequently struggles to get a full nights sleep in a hotel - I had no such problems here. Beautiful hotel in a central part of the city, the room was spacious and clean and staff were incredibly helpful. The rooms are soundproof which was a delight after a day of travelling. They have bike hire and a pillow menu which was a lovely addition to have a stiffer pillow. The coffee and bar were lovely with one of the best coffees and chai lattes we've had. Easy walk to so many spots and a ubahn station just around the corner for further out areas made it so easy to get around.

The hotel was very good, clean rooms and polite staff. However, we were not told that the Spa would be closed for maintenance during our stay and this was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel.

A friend was staying in the Wombat Hostel close by (she said it was also a great place to stay & praised it to the hilt) so I needed somewhere close by. This Holiday Inn fulfilled all my needs. I had a quiet 3rd floor room at the back, not much of a view but I didn't expect one. The staff were very helpful and friendly and spoke English well, thankfully! The breakfast choice was excellent and the hotel very clean. I stayed six nights and would happily stay there again.

From check in till check out we had the most enjoyable experience. The staff is very friendly and we got upgraded to a Grand Deluxe Room which was huge. The amenities are of a very high quality. Small details such as a shower with all electronic controls were very sophisticated. Housekeeping ensured a lovely turn down every day. Concierge and reception staff were very friendly and informative.
