Difficult to find fault with the hotel or the staff. Very clean and our room on the first floor was quiet and superbly furnished.
Despite arriving late in the evening due to a flight delay our check in was quick and informative.
Food in the Sans Souci was very good and again all of the restaurant staff were attentive and extremely helpful - we ate in the restaurant one evening and had a very enjoyable meal.

Highly recommended. We had a junior suite for 3 adults. Hotel recently renovated and beautifully done. The staircase itself looked like a palace staircase. Small issue with the shower, which can be expected when renovations are done - the staff was very accommodating with extra towels being provided until a fix was done when we were out, and extra room tidy. Nice walk to centre of Vienna and opera, as well as close to restaurants for the evening. We couldn't have hoped for a better stay.

enough in terms of temperature. Scrambled eggs were not hot enough by the time they got to the table and my husband's muffin was burnt. please can you improve the way you heat water for tea, it just wasn't hot enough.

We had a lovely stay at Das Tigra, conveniently located to city centre . The breakfast was excellent .The only unfortunate thing was the Chambermaid staff did not pay attention to detail, eg requested non feather bedding but feather pillows were on the bed, Tea and hair products were not replaced daily.The cleaning of the bathroom was not up to standard. However the front of house staff were very attentive and remedied the issues . I would return if these issues are addressed.

Leuhusen Apartments is a great place to stay right near central Vienna. The u-bahn is a short walk away as is the danube canal and praeter park. The room was large and clean with lovely shower, comfortable bed, smart tv and coffee maker and microwave. There was also a fan and air conditioning which was brilliant as Vienna was very warm the days I was there
I did not meet the host Margaretha but her communication was brilliant. Would definitely stay again.
