"So many little touches that set this hotel apart. Staff were lovely, room was beautiful, clean and well appointed. Finally, the location was fantastic."
"This is a beautiful hotel in a very nice area of the city. Walkable to City Hall, restaurants, shops, and other attractions.
The hotel rooms are very luxurious. However, the architecture of our suite was less than idea. The price was too high for what they offered. "

Sans Souci Vienna
10/10 Excellent
"Fantastic location. Quiet, well appointed rooms. Friendly and helpful check in staff. Good breakfast with lots of options. My daughter celebrated a birthday while staying at the hotel and they surprised her with a small cake at breakfast, making it a special stay. "
"This is one of my favorite hotels ever. It is beautiful and comfortable and very, very chic! It is more than a bed for the night it is an experience! I’ve stayed here twice and loved it both times!"
"Excellent location. Walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Easy access to shopping and food. The location was the best part and I would come back because of this. The rooms were large and comfortable. Somewhat of an odd layout as bathroom and toilet were separated on opposite sides of the room. Also both bathroom and toilet had frosted glass doors. They were not see through, but lacked privacy. My older kids were uncomfortable with this. We enjoyed our stay, but I lowered the stars on service as staff were not very friendly. We were also only given 2 bath towels for 4 people. Asked for more but they only left 2 each day. "
"The hotel is very close to city center, but you would not know it, it was very quiet, even though we had windows that open to the street below. The rooms are good sized, with e writhing you need for your stay. "
