La struttura è facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi publici e, nelle vicinanze, c'è anche la feremata dell'autobus che collega direttamente con l'aeroporto (ma non per tutto il giorno). Personale cordiale e sempre pronto a risolvere gli eventuali problemi o anche a dare semplici suggerimenti per il soggiorno a Vienna.

Overall, it is a satisfactory accommodation

The stay here was very good. There are many kitchen utensils, the room is quiet and clean, and the view from the window is good. The gym is well-organized, and the terrace on the top floor is very nice.

部屋は広くゆったりしているので、長期滞在に向いています。キッチンにある設備は部屋によって異なるようで、電気ケトルがある場合とない場合がありました。 最初に掛かっていたバスタオルに一部汚れがありましたが、交換の要望をすると気持ちよく変えてくれますし、スタッフの対応は常に親切で、心地の良いものでした。スタッフの人柄がどの方でもとても良く、丁寧なので、多少のことは気になりません。

I love it all. The building itself look like you are in your own appartment, in less than 5 min you have a supermarket and also the tren station (direct tren to the center in less than 13 min ). The area is safe and quiet.....I fully recommend it

I was very happy that i got a silver studio on the 16th floor with a fantastic view from.my bed over the Reichsbrücke to the Prater and 1st district of Vienna. The staff at the reception was very friendly. Only 1 little negative point was, that within 4 nights stay there was no housekeeping but maybe the reason was that it was not a classic hotel

Trotz des hohen Preises war die Küche nicht nutzbar (Herd und Mikrowelle gesperrt). Gänge und Ausstattung wie in einem Fabrikgebäude. Viele Studenten, die nachts die Türen zuknallen, sodass im Kleiderschrank(!) das Geschirr und Gläser scheppern. An sehr lauter Straße gelegen. Keine Klimaanlage.
