"Everything was perfect, the room was so big and nice, the bathroom was amazing, and they even gave gowns, towels, a hair dryer and an iron. The pillows and bed were exceptional too. My only gripe was that the TV wasn't a smart TV so you couldn't watch netflix or YouTube on it, other than that my stay was perfect."
"Family night over in Birmingham celebrating a 13th birthday and a TEDx talk in the morning. Absolutely wonderful experience with adjoining rooms and a wonderful breakfast for the children. Team stop was outside which was perfect for us. Walking distance to town centre and next door to the ICC. Wonderful staff who were incredibly helpful. Thanks for. A great stay"
"Liked - brilliant location, clean, comfortable, good value
Disliked - building closed up and hsd to call to check in, supposed to have a bar and restaurant but no sign of them being open"

"I had a great stay here — everything was just as expected, if not better. For a budget hotel, it delivered exactly what I needed: a clean, comfortable room, friendly staff, and a hassle-free check-in process. The amenities were well-maintained, and the location was convenient for getting around. There were no surprises, which I really appreciated — it’s clear the management takes care to meet guest expectations. Overall, a solid and reliable place to stay if you're looking for good value without compromising on cleanliness or service. Would definitely book again."
"All in all the hotel catered for all our needs, although being in a very lively area, we stayed on the 7th floor and managed to get a good nights sleep with very little noise heard from our room.
The hotel is close to plenty of restaurants and bars, and is within 10mins walking distance of the shops and bullring.
The staff we interacted with were very friendly and approachable."
