Room was dirty due to dust and walls in poor state of repair. Didn’t like being on ground floor by front door - felt vulnerable. Did not stay and hotel not willing to negotiate refund yet admitted to the dusty room. Would not recommend

Great little place, own private car park. Quiet, spotless and spacious art deco room. Communication with hotel was promptly answered. Out of the way from main city buzz so no regular buses - have to walk a bit to get trams or buses. Plenty of Uber and Bolt taxis around. Would recommend.

Love the quality of the rooms, bit of a noisy road and a bit lonely as there are no public areas or facilities, be nice if cutlery were available in the room as I had to eat an Uber with two teaspoons! Would like wider gates too, almost impossible to get a Range Rover in!

Wonderful property, beautiful room, stylish and comfortable Only thing I would say, maybe couples better staying on the ground floor as the sound from above can be a little noisy but absolutely no issues or complaints about the property at all and the staff very helpful and efficient

We had an amazing night away here - I've wanted to visit for ages and finally got the opportunity on my birthday this year. We were given room 16 which is huge and has a gorgeous free standing bath. The room had been decorated with petals and towel swans!! Felt totally spoilt. Appreciated the Cafetiere and ground coffee on the tea tray. Fresh milk in the fridge would've been a nice touch but that's my only quibble.
