Also, good luck trying to talk to anyone at the front desk. The lines were always super long. Would have been helpful to have a concierge desk for simple questions outside of the check in or checkout line. "

"Paris needs an overhaul, in nearly every way. Our room (bordeaux suite) was just adequate. Food at Alexa was C- on both occasions we at there. Rooftop Cheri was better."
