The air conditioning was not working, and when I asked about it, they said it was broken. After mentioning that we felt cold at night, they provided a small heater, which worked well, and given the size of the room, it was sufficient. The location is quite far from downtown London, and the hotel has no additional facilities. Overall, the stay was acceptable...
