The Drey - Kensington, Earl's Court
Our original room was the size of a closet. Didn't know about minimalist hotel rooms, not common in usa. It was what I paid for. Had trouble at vending machine and hotel employee helped. Told him about room. He immediately moved us to a different room for no extra cost. New room had a smart tv and ...

Miiro Templeton Garden
We enjoyed our two night stay here overall. Cute room and a wonderful garden guests could enjoy behind the property. Also very close to Earls Court Station. My only complaint would be the thermostat was hard to work (even the front desk came up to our room and couldn’t figure it out) and the light ...

Our frustration was on our first night when we could not rouse room service. We tried repeatedly for an hour. No one answered. ...

Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge
Breakfast is distinctly average to bellow. Not terrible, not something you’d pay for if you’re not here for work like I was.

Zedwell Piccadilly Circus
Great location to theatres, shops, restaurants and local places like Oxford Circus, Covent Garden and Trafalgar Square. The staff are helpful and friendly. Room is quiet but needs a bit of maintenance and repair.
