This hotel is brilliant. We got let down by a previous hotel in New York a couple of months before our stay. Finding this gem of a hotel was a bonus. The hotel has a lovely modern lounge area and coffee, tea and cake is set out in the afternoon. The staff throughout were so very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast every day was wonderful with every item you could imagine. Our room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities needed..far much bigger and better than where we was originally supposed...

Room beautifully clean & comfortable, classy hotel entrance lobby, made to feel welcome by the staff, all very helpful & friendly.

Really enjoyed my stay here, I no longer stay in Manhattan as it’s just too expensive. A ten minute walk to the train and a 20 minute train journey and you’re in Penn Station.

Free upgrade and excellent breakfast. Recommended for an overnight near LGA. Free airport shuttle too.

The overall accommodation is very modern, clean and spacious. The staffs are very friendly and the food at the restaurant was excellent

Very good location if you need a night to stay close to the airport, they also offer free shuttle for pick-up and drop-off.

Used as layover out of LGA, couldn’t ask for more. Everything on site with polite, friendly staff.

Staff at this hotel are absolutely fantastic. So friendly and helpful. I’ve stayed before and I will stay again because of them. It’s a great location. The rooms are a decent size and the breakfast has great vegan options. Not much for gluten free diets though, so could improve there. My only gripe is the shower had hair in it, I didn’t realise until the next morning so I cleaned it myself. The shower water pressure is also not the best so if you can improve that then it would be brilliant!

No frills one night stay, has everything required.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Steps from LGA, shuttles very 20 minutes, clean, very comfortable beds and great amenities- caters to travelers and the have thought of everything

Great option for a hotel outside of manhattan, with an easy walk to the train to get into the city within 15minutes. Staff were great. Breakfast selection very good. Room clean and comfortable.

The views are unique the experience was very well planned/manned. The staff were so friendly, helpful and welcoming. The shopping and food experience was excellent. Will definitely recommend to family, friends and colleagues.
