"room looked like it could use paint and tile touch ups. not much natural light (shutters, not curtains) plumbing was fine, electrical , AC, etc. room was quiet (I left early) posted reviews were very generous - this was an aging motel, nothing more."

"My son loved the playground and pool area! My room floors were a bit dirty...Game room and bounce house needed cleaning bugs everywhere and sticky. Pool was a bit dirty as well! Loved the happy birthday at breakfast 😊 wish the buffet had better meat options, orange juice or tea! The ladies were great at front desk! Although I did have an issue. Sat in the lobby waiting for the Disney park shuttle in which I asked the young lady where does it pull too only for her to tell me the bus here as he was pulling off!!! She was very unapologetic however I didn't let that ruin my trip! Staff should make announcements in the lobby when the Disney park shuttle is there I sat right at the bench in front of her and she said nothing until it was to late!!"

"Every single Staff member from front desk, bartender, housekeeping and staff at breakfast area in morning were wonderful and friendly. My wife and I loved the nice and friendly staff. We felt so welcomed. everything was so nice looking and clean from lobby to rooms, bathroom and all. Had a great experience there!!!!! Will be back!!!! Also Hotel is so close to everything!!!!!"

"The beds were extremly hard like sleeping on a concrete floor. Toilet did not flush Breakfast was good The hotel had a musty smell"

"It was average! It worked well for us because we spent our time at the parks and not the property. The property was very confusing to navigate and there were no ice machines readily available. "

"Facility is nice, especially the pool area. Love that there is a bar by the pool. However, when we checked in around 9:30pm on the first night of our stay, our room wasn’t ready yet. Extremely frustrating to not be able to check into your room so late in the night when check-in started at 4:30. I totally understand they’re busy, but not having a room ready 5 hours past the start of check-in is unacceptable. Otherwise, the stay was good."
