"We arrived early and needed to check out late. How hotels respond to that request (two in our case) gives insight into how they treat their customers. As it happens they agreed to both. Our rating would be the same if they’d been unable to help. The reception team and cleaners were excellent. Promoting of time share is a given but they were not at all over pushy, which we appreciated. Thanks Chris. Our best praise goes to Alberto. Thanks to him our 4th trip to this hotel has been booked already. "

"Everyone was very professional, nice and welcoming. Room was cozy, clean and perfect. The little store inside was a true life savior with anything you forgot to pack and more! Pool wasn’t heated but still enjoyable; jacuzzi was fabulous. Food at the restaurant was a bit pricey but worth it. Also don’t forget to bring your basketball or tennis rackets because their courts are official! Lazy river had a slide which was great too! We forgot a bag but was able to pick it up the very next day. "

"Overal we had a great stay , the only downside is that we got a room on the main floor , close to the front desk, fitness center and the breakfast room and it was too loud early in the morning, also you could smell cigarette from people outside smoking, next time I won’t accept any room on the main floor even though I reserved I room with a pool view. "

"Beverly was our clerk at check in and she was great, informative and accommodating. The room had a great layout, bathroom was stylish but the bed could be more comfortable. I found the location of the pool and whirlpool kind of awkward because is right next to the room where the complimentary breakfast happens with everyone watching you using those amenities. "
