"Very convenient location, clean, quiet, safe and super friendly staff. We had everything we needed to be comfortable. Realize this is not a big fancy resort with a huge property however it was low cost, high value and well worth it. Nice pool, clean well kept older property and close to everything you would want to be close to. We will definitely go back. "

"The room smelled like strong peppermint or some similar mineral oil. That's fine though because for the most part it smelled clean. The only bad smell was after flushing the toilet or sometimes when running the shower, a poop smell would come from the toilet. Y'all might have a leak. The beds were clean, smelled surprisingly fresh, and the pillows were comfy. No bed bugs under the mattress and bed was clean under sheets. The carpet was dry👍 The fridge worked and didn't stink. From the looks of the place I thought the carpets would be wet and there would be stains on the bed. For the price, I'd give it 5 stars. It takes a long time sometimes to get a hold of the front desk. Sometimes you do there yourself and they appear after some minutes. They've never answered the phone when I called. Still, it was so cheap and clean that I'd stay there again for a night if I really needed to."
