"The Main pool was closed they only had one pool operating but you could walk over to the other all star resorts and use their pools but what an inconvenience. The room had a dirty tissue under the bed and the mini grid was leaking water the overall stay was poor. "

"Typically stay at Disney resorts but wanted to give Swan a try. Wonderful experience. Grotto pool was awesome with drinks and food ordered from your chair and brought to you with a smile. Easy access to Disney board walk and boats to Epcot and HS. Already booked our next stay. "

"Carpets in hallway are rippled and aging. There was spilled mulch in the hallway from a planter, and dead leaves around another plant for days! Michelle at check-in was very cordial and friendly. Need more offerings of “quick pick up” hot food! Cocktails are majorly weak! And I was served a gin and tonic at Phils that was basically all ice! You should be ASHAMED of yourselves for charging a surplus $56.50 per day when room charges are already $300+!! Corporate greed at its worst! "

"Bed was comfy but crazy squeaky! Big spacious room with fridge n couch. Towel hanger fell off door. Food at their bar restaurant was lousy n service was slow even though not very busy. Free hit Hot breakfast was mediocre as most places are. Water pressure in the shower was terrible! Pools were decent. Good location close to Disney resorts but no shuttles to any of them. Can walk to Walmart n Starbucks n a few other conveniences which was nice. "

"We recently stayed at the Galleria Palms and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by every staff member we encountered. Their dedication and attentiveness truly made my stay memorable. The breakfast offered a decent variety of options, catering to different tastes. My room was impeccably clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. However, I did notice some black mold in the shower, specifically under the soap dispenser and water spigot. Addressing this issue would undoubtedly elevate the overall guest experience. Despite this, I highly recommend Galleria Palms for its outstanding staff and comfortable accommodations."
