"It’s our first time staying in this hotel and we had a really bad experience overall. The House keeping staff didn’t properly provide basic stuff to our room (like bottle water or bar soap) we had to constantly ask them every day. Hotel rooms are outdated. One day we came back to our room and couldn’t open the door. We had to go down to the front desk twice to find out the door mechanism was out of battery so we had to wait for technician to come and fix it. It took at least half hour when we were finally be able to get in to our room after a long day. In addition, the hand towel holder in the bathroom sink was broken and kept falling down whenever you try to use the towel. Food wasn’t great either. We had a lunch by the pool restaurant and our food was mediocre at best but the prices were high. Last year we stayed at the Signia by Hilton and had a much better experience. So overall we are not satisfied with our stay at all. "

"Pool area was great! Rooms are ok but very basic. No real place to put clothes. Housekeeping didn’t change sheets or make bed the entire time which was concerning. No laundry room. "

"Stayed in the alcove room in the east building, very spacious. Love the transportation accommodations to the parks. Great fitness center. Great restaurants at the Swan and its sister hotels on property."

"The room was very clean and nice. Guest services are troopers to maintain that level and kindness and happiness to the myriad of people coming through. Subtle touches like seeing your family name of the TV greeting you when you come in was very nice. Beds were comfortable. The buses and park attractions are generally very cool so it was nice to be able to adjust the temp to my preference. I slept quite comfortably. The breakfast menu was nice but there are better albiet, more expensive items in the theme parks. I generally have no complaints. My trip was so relaxing."

"Check-in process was a breeze. The room was huge and beautiful! The pool was amazing as well. There were plenty of daily activities as well for the kids. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would stay again!"
