"Hairs all over the bathroom, floors not cleaned in bathroom, stains on bed, and carpets need replaced, lamps rusted and backs up to highway/ did not even stay- asked for refund after 2 minutes inspection of room and I’m still waiting 2 days later for an answer… Will only stay at quality hotels going forward and not take a chance on unknown hotels again that can’t stand behind their name"

"I love Walt Disney world I’ve visited 3 times in my lifetime and always stayed at a value resort. This time I stayed at Disney Animation and we had a room in little mermaid building I did not like that we had to walk so very far to get to the main building where the food court, the front desk, the arcade and shopping and they offer no kind of shuttle service the walk from our room to the main building was 30 minutes. Disney can do better"

"Fabulous stay! The room was super clean and HUGE. The value for the money was excellent. The pool was large and had so many chairs. Beautiful bathroom complete with a large tub and tons of drawers in the vanity for storage. The bed was super comfy and I loved the screened in porch. There was a slight mildew-y smell in room upon entrance but definitely not overwhelming. It was a bummer that the tv wasn’t a smart tv where I could access my streaming subscriptions, but that’s definitely not enough to make me not return. Highly recommend! "
