"Our stay was great! Check in was easy, Shay at the front desk was warm and friendly. The room way a nice size, clean and fresh. Couple of draw backs were after the shower there were puddles of water on the floor, (we did use the mat) and the chest of drawers did not close fully. Highlights were the bar area, free drink tickets, the food, and the entire staff being so friendly and accommodating. Scott at the bar was the epitome of service with a smile. They have shuttles to and from the parks and Disney Springs is literally right there. All in all i would stay here again and definitely recommend to my friends and family."

"Had to ask 4 times for the bed linens for the pull out couch finally arrived to the room after 11pm the kids were asleep on the bed everyone was awake after we moved them to the couch. The next morning asked the maid for 2 more coffee pods and she said it was too late checkout was in 30 minutes. So For the price I am disappointed that at the very least we could have got another cup of coffee after all we dint get everyone back to sleep till after midnight. Very unhappy!"
