"Hotel room was clean and located where we needed it for the purposes of our trip. Plenty of food and shopping nearby. We had 2 complaints, One it was difficult to figure out the TV channels from the on screen menus. A list of channels on the room would be nice. Secondly, the laundry room was a disaster. Only 1 or 2 of the washing machines worked and only 3 driers worked and by the end of the week the room was totally closed. This was problematic since I needed to wash a uniform every evening and we had to wash it in the sink and use a hair drier to dry it on multiple locations"

"Overall we had a really good experience at this hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable, which made our stay very enjoyable. We also noticed some nice updates around the property, including new pool furniture that made the pool area look refreshed and inviting. It was also fun to see that they added a bocce ball court, which is a great addition for guests looking for something extra to do while staying there. One thing we weren’t completely sure about was how to request fresh towels or have our bedding changed during our stay. It would be helpful if there were clearer instructions or information about housekeeping services so guests know how to get those items refreshed. We also noticed that some of the stairs appear to be rusting and have a few holes forming. It would be great to see those addressed as part of the updates. Hopefully the hotel continues making improvements like the ones they’ve already started, because with a little ongoing maintenance this could continue to be a really nice place that keeps guests coming back."
