"I've stayed here twice and each time the Heat and Air never works properly. It's either cold or hot sometimes you can put the heat on and it still blows cold air or doesn't turn on at all. "

I think it’s great for the price and the distance from the parks .The only issue I have is that housekeeping didn’t clean the room they would only take away the trash and restock the towels and soaps.we stayed for a week and our sheets where never replaced nor our beds made. Staff is very friendly and helpful "

"I would rate this hotel a 4 out of 5 overall. There were definitely some great aspects, along with a few areas that could be improved. Pros: -Good, convenient breakfast with essentials like eggs, sausage, bagels, and cereal -Snacks and items available to purchase at any time, which was very convenient -Nice amenities including a pool, lazy river-style area, and activities like pickleball and golf -Overall a solid stay with a lot to offer Cons: -Room was very warm upon arrival and took a while to cool down -AC unit was very loud -Cleaning staff was quite loud gossiping/talking in the mornings -Shower pressure was just okay -Atmosphere didn’t always feel as upscale or relaxing as expected -Some guests’ behavior and strong odors in common areas took away from the experience Overall, it’s a solid hotel with great amenities and good food, but a few improvements in comfort and overall environment would make it even better."
