"We came in to check in late after a full day at the parks to not even be greeted upon arrival or even acknowledged. Then we were sent to a room that was not even cleaned yet. No working elevator down five flights of stairs and back five flights of stairs. So obviously the elevator has to be fixed, make sure the room is clean and turned over before you send your new arrivals, there’s a few broken things that need to be repaired and they look like small fixes to make the hotel continue to look good. So before it gets out of hand mend them. "

"We arrived at around 430 and our room was not ready. The girl at the front desk was not friendly and said she would call when the room was ready, but did not. We went to check again around 630 and our room was in fact ready. The view from our room was of the parking lot, however, our room was clean. The restaurant Euphoria on site was just ok. We got bamboozled into going to listen to the vacation club in service which took up 4 hours of our time and stupidly we fell for it. Hours later I came to my senses and revoked immediately, however, the process is stressful. "

"We loved this hotel! It had everything we needed for our stay. The pool, lazy river, chairs in the pool for parents, mini golf and FREE breakfast was fantastic! Loved the smaller size bc it wasn't busy and felt more intimate. Felt safe for the kids to wander and explore the property. My daughter left behind her shoes and we were able to get them back a few days later. So happy with the honesty of the cleaning and front desk staff. "

"Rooms were comfortable and clean. The free breakfast was well stocked and always hot. And the staff were friendly and helpful. Also, the location was conveniently located near gas stations, shops, and restaurants. It was also a quick drive into the park."
