"The highlight of our stay was the pool area — our 20-month-old was obsessed with it, especially the pirate ship. It was the first thing he asked about every single morning. Our room’s view was equally impressive: from the balcony we could see both the pool and the Orlando skyline, including SeaWorld and ICON Park. Watching those parks come alive at night with all the ride lights was awesome and serene for me. Our only frustrations were with check-in and transportation. Check-in ran significantly past the promised 4 PM ready time, which made for a stressful start after a long travel day. On transportation, we were disappointed to find that shuttle service to SeaWorld, which is listed on the LBV website, was not actually available when arriving on-site. Staff informed us we’d need to arrange our own ride, as the shuttle only covers Magic Kingdom, Epcot, and Universal — and even those schedules are very limited."

"First, the staff at the front desk was very accommodating. We arrived a few hours earlier then check-in time and expected to drop off bags. But we were informed our room was ready and we began enjoying our mini weekend getaway immediately. Worry free! Nice pool - large and on a pond so the views were nice too. Bar/food service at the pool was great! Breakfast was included and there were a lot of offerings. The breakfast kitchen staff is great! Hard working the whole time. I asked where the tipping jar was, but they didn’t have one. Kickback happy hour was good. Decent food choices and cocktail/beverage choices. The bartenders were friendly and also made good cocktails. We enjoyed this time before heading out for the evening. It was great to have the free shuttle so handy and well organized to take us to the Disney Parks. I loved that we walked to Disney Springs from the hotel. Truly a great location to be at. Finally I was able to check out a little later since our flight was later. We got new key cards and when there was a problem with them, the front desk staff solved the problem right away. I couldn’t get everyone’s names but do remember Brian and Shawn being helpful. Again, the front desk staff really proved good customer service. Thank you to all."

"Breakfast being included is such a wonderful treat. There was a selection of scrambled eggs everyday, pork/turkey/veggie sausages and a rotating item like breakfast potatoes or corn beef hash. Also, mickey waffles. Mmmmm… A person during our stay commented that they also used to have gluten free pancake batter available but no longer do. There was also a variety of cereals, muffins, bagels, yogurt, etc We also ate at the food places on site - we ordered mozzarella sticks, a cheese burger, chicken fingers and fries. All were great. The rooms are spacious and clean - no moldy showers or sheets. The maintenance and housekeeping staff are top tier. They were super helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The front desk people were patient, kind and informative. We love that you have access to all the pools as well. Such a nice perk. We didn’t use their charter bus service as we didn’t go to the park. Overall we had a great stay and I’m sure we’ll be back. Hotels.ca didn’t specify but it is a $50 per night deposit when you stay - so take that into account even if you prepay your stay. "

"Every morning there is a breakfast buffet, where one can make their own Mickey waffles. Staff are also available to make omelettes upon request. Everything was so clean and modern. The parking is plenty of for self parking and preferred parking."
