"Clean rooms; plenty of "

"We stayed here for 4 days while visiting the Disney parks, which were all about 10–12 minutes away, so the location was great. Our room was kept very tidy during our stay. Housekeeping came by and did a nice job, though we are already a pretty clean family. Overall, the hotel itself was clean, nice, and well maintained. There was a slightly odd smell in the lobby at check-in, but it was raining at the time, so it may have been related to that. The gentleman who checked us in was very nice and had a great sense of humor, which made for a welcoming start. However, the check-out experience was the opposite. The woman at the front desk was rude and dismissive and was visibly scrolling on her phone during the interaction (around 10:30 AM on April 29). We didn’t try the breakfast, but it looked good. Overall, it was a great stay with just a small hiccup at checkout."

"Room was okay. Kids running around at night screaming in the hallway. We tried to get a specialty coffee, we got a Kcup from a Keurig and paid for it! Ridiculous… Price is good but you get what you pay for!!"

"Love this hotel! Second time staying here. It’s close to Disney, the Outlet mall and tons of restaurants. Beds are comfortable but showers need to be updated!"
