Food court is very large, has, lots of variety of foods and fast process to get through. Took grandchildren age 12 and 7, they loved the pool and hot tub. Location was very close to Universal, Disney, and Seaworld. "

"The staff where good, but the property is terrible there under construction and there is alot of noise couldn’t rest, water sewer was clogged and the floor was wet everywhere. "

"Don’t book here. The beds are horrible and squeak every time you move. They also don’t have irons in the rooms, which was very inconvenient. Every day there were people outside our room smoking, which made the stay uncomfortable, and the smell came into our room. On the day we checked out, a housekeeping staff member opened our room door at 10:40 a.m. to tell us that checkout was at 11:00 a.m., which we already knew when we booked the room. That was extremely unprofessional because she did not knock first and did not know whether we were dressed or not. I would never go back."

"Should have the cost of parking listed in the description. $10 a day up to $50. Had no availability of paper plates unless you wanted to buy a whole pack of styrofoam. Same with forks. Pool was nice. Not a bad temperature "
