"We didn’t book a room with breakfast but we ate dinner at the rooftop restaurant and it was delicious. The pool level /rooftop offers a wide view with the iconic landmarks of the city, a gentle breeze, good DJ, reasonable prices, authentic food, and amazingly friendly staff. The whole hotel gave us a welcoming vibe with its bright airy lobby, helpful staff, cleanliness and modern decor. The room was spacious, comfortable, well-equipped with a large TV and outlets to charge devices, lots of fresh towels, and a coffee station. No carpet flooring which made us more confident that it’s clean. The location is great, easy access to highways yet it is on a quaint little circle. We enjoyed our stay and would come back when we travel to Orlando again. "

"The Hotel was amazing, exactly what we wanted. Nice big clean room with a view of the lake and court Yard. The staff were very friendly and the express pass that is included was a great bonus. Great location to the parks with a boat ride or a 10min walk to City Walk."

"This was a great resort and I absolutely loved the decor! So well done! Lots of food options, just no sit down restaurant seating but that kind of fit with the theme anyway. No doubt there is closeby. Had a great time and would definitely go back"

"Lovely property, loved how close it was to Universal. Only criticism would be how empty the hot tub was—as in water levels below the jets. Other than that the buffet was great, the amenities/dining was better than most. Front desk staff, cleaning crew, and wait staff was super friendly and went above and beyond at all times."

"The staff made this stay feel like home. No matter what issue we had they resolved it quickly and with a smile. The Manager (Brian) bent over backwards to make sure we had everything we needed. The restaurant and bar staff (Mike and Joanna) greeted us every day and Steve from St. Kitt's (while he seemed to give my husband all the luck in our card games) was super thoughtful and kind. We pray he is enjoying a restful break to let his sore shoulder heal. I enjoyed exercising in the pool everyday. It was always clean and ready to go. Rarely do I write a review unless something extraordinarily negative occurred. However, this location was extraordinarily positive. I wish we could rate it an 11."
