The property and our room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the usual hotel complimentary breakfast. Close to shopping outlet malls and Universal parks. The only issue we encountered is the restaurant options nearby are not great and the hotel itself only has snacks for sale.

One of the staff gave me attitude for asking for towels after she'd already passed our room. We didn't like the breakfast, the prepared food didn't taste good to us. However, the room was clean and the view was amazing!

The pictures are an accurate description of the hotel. Staff was okay not on the cheerful side but okay . Only major complaint I have is room service we stayed for 5 days and our room was never cleaned. I requested for our room to be cleaned and when we came back only thing housekeeping did was make the bed and gave new towels. But the trash wasn’t taken nor was the carpet vacuumed . Our tv couldn’t access Amazon prime because of an internet issue . But besides that it’s was a good stay the bed was comfortable and it was close to the parks. Just if u want ur room cleaned I suggest each day making a request .
