"I had a pretty disappointing stay overall. The biggest issue was the pool—it was very dirty, with visible debris and multiple clumps of hair, which made it completely unappealing to use. Cleanliness in that area definitely needs attention. The walls in the hotel are extremely thin, so noise travels easily. During my stay, some guests had snuck in three dogs, and I could hear them barking from several rooms away. To be fair, this wasn’t the hotel’s fault, and the staff did eventually move me to a different room, which I appreciated. However, even after the room change, the overall noise level and lack of upkeep in shared spaces made it hard to fully relax. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend staying here based on the cleanliness concerns and noise issues."

"The pool, bowling alley & arcade were great! Loved having a Starbucks on site. They had a hard time keeping the soda machines stocked but the food was good overall. The tacos at the Atomic Grill were great. It was a nice place to stay and would stay again when we go to Universal."

"We had a problem with our room but the staff was very kind and handled it professionally. The pictures paint this property to be very different from what it is. Feels like a motel but with a nice pool, we only stayed for check in then quickly left. "
