"Absolutely terrible "

"This place is horrible! We had to change rooms three times it was so filthy!!! Upon entering the first room it was not what i reserved and stunk. They moved us and upon entering noticed a fowl smell along with sticking , sliding on the wood area with oil or whatever cleaner they used to wipe urine IN!! We put Our stuff in as it was already late and needed to get food before everything closed. When we returned we realized how bad the stench was and filth. We moved the couch to pull the bed out and fresh along with dried dog urine with on THE FLOOR!! At 12 midnight back to the desk I went only to be greeted by the worst manager ever!!! He said we had already moved rooms once and we booked through a third-party like what does that have to do with being put in a room filled with urine that was disgusting and health hazard. Time of going back-and-forth with him, they moved us to another room. This floor was just as filthy. We have pictures of everything. We cleaned it with towels that are black at that point we have no choice but to stay the night. I will be disputing all charges with my CC company. I have all the pictures and documentation!!"

"Beach and staff were great"

"Everything has been remodeled the rooms were great. Had a late night of volleyball too tired to go out to eat their restaurant was great choice! "

"Staff is great. The place needs a makeover. Pool area is nice but now things have to be reserved. Used to have free coffee in the morning but now it’s $6. Little things like this are gone"

"The stay was great! Property is nice and in great shape it’s a newer property! The front desk girl that checked us in let us check in early which was awesome but she was not friendly at all. Nice property, great location. The only issue we had is the floors were gross in the room we had to wear shoes the entire time we had so much little dirt, crumbs and stuff stuck to the bottom of our feet. Other than that it was awesome! Target right across the street and lots of dining close! Nice workout room."

"Hot tub never worked also super cloudy 2nd day we arrived. Every room had a different smell. Roaches in our room. The whole place was run down stains everywhere missing something. Staff was great I will say other than that would not recommend here needs a total renovation. "
