"Paying for parking was annoying "

"The room is outdated. Shower had rust along the metal parts of the handles. Floor boards were broken and chipped. It felt like a shared dorm room bathroom and wanted to keep shower shoes on. The door to room didn’t lock unless you used the security lock from the inside. After spending over 12hrs out of the room for the day I dint have to use the room key I just walked into the room. I was in pure shock since my children were with me. "

"Beautiful hotel, excellent location. Very easy to get to the front and valet, this is not always the case to other properties in the downtown location. Hotel was extremely clean, the rooms are incredibly spacious, and you can’t beat the view!"

"Not enough seats by the small pool area. Had to go up to 3rd for to catch the pool elevator and then back down to the Lower level to get to the pool. No complementary breakfast paid $60 included the tip for two. Food was ok… waitresses were overwhelmed. Outdated property, Westin needs updates all over."
