"Property is very rundown, carpets, walls, interior, dirty and old. Smell was horrible, sheets had holes on them and there were roachs inside the rooom."

"The hotel has some good points and others that need improvement. The breakfast was very good and offered a good variety, which was a plus.However, my arrival experience wasn't the best. Check-in was supposed to be at 4:00 pm, but I wasn't given my room until 6:30 pm, so I had to wait more than two hours. In addition, there was no hot water in the room and the air conditioning wasn't working properly, which made my stay a bit uncomfortable. I hope they can improve these aspects because the service and the wait time upon arrival greatly affect the guest experience."
