"Around the sink in the bathroom was dirty. Some of the towels looked like they had blood on them and pee. Breakfast was ok. Muffins where not fresh there where no bagels that was disappointing. Pool and hot tub was amazing other then all the bugs. If there was a skimmer left out i would have cleaned the bugs out myself. Staff was friendly. Wish i could have left my pet in the hotel room vut because she whined i was not able to. If you are a pet friendly hotel why cant you make a floor just for the pets to not disturb the other residents that dont have pets. I was limited as to what i could do because i had to take my pet everywhere with me. Thats why i stayed with your company to have a pet friendly stay. "

"Smoking is allowed throughout the first floor except the restaurants. You can't check in without dealing with the smoke. I wouldn't stay there again unless they change the Smoking policy"

"The room was very clean, looked like it was just cleaned actually, the air conditioner worked great and the staff was very kind and funny."

"There was only one sheet and no blankets on each bed. A cockroach ran across the bed within thirty minutes of getting there. Then, another cockroach on the wall. And a bunch in the bathroom. Black widow spider in the bathroom. Toilet top was broken in half. The toilet would only flush once every hour roughly. The staff were very rude and went and speak to you even at the front desk."

"This hotel was great. The staff is super friendly. The free breakfast was superb. Fresh scrambled eggs with kielbasa sausage and strawberry and vanilla waffle batter for your make your own waffles. They even had blueberry syrup. Wow. It was fantastic."

"Breakfast items were frequently out of stock,seems like they were short of staff. Room was satisfactory. Pool needed cleaned. Location was perfect for our event at the Florida State Fairgrounds. "
