"Very clean comfortable room. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. Every one of them! We ended up having an extremely late arrival. They kept up the communication each time I messaged with an update. The front desk staff at checkout was the friendliest, most engaging group I’ve ever seen. All in all, they turned a very trying car trip into a great beginning to our cruise. "

"My room door was literally unlocked and open when I came to it.. I searched the room before I let my guard down. The room is solely for sleep purposes only. I would not book this room for more than one night. It is outdated and has a distinct smell to it. Something you smell at a thrift store of some sorts. Regular size fridge with freezer. Microwave and sink. Dishes included, however I used none of these amenities. Furniture and fixtures stained. The price you’re paying is for the location. 5-10 minutes from Hard Rock. Other than that, the room isn’t worth half of the price it is advertised. The blackout curtains were a very nice touch. Overall, only worth booking if you have somewhere to be close by. You’ll be safe and not have to deal with bugs :)"

"Check in was via a video screen. No complaints about that. Breakfast was basic but fine for the star rating. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool was clean. Unfortunately there was no hot water one morning. The staff did not know how to identify that the boiler was not on (feel the pipes!!) and needed advice to check if there was gas in the reservoir. It seems it was supposed to be replenished the prior day but did not happen and they were unaware. Even when the gas had been restored, the manager had no idea and continued to advise that they were doing everything they could to resolve the issue. Support from Hotels.com was way below expectations too."

"When we arrived, there was no one to check us in. It took 10 minutes before someone came down from what seemed like their residence. Then, after seeing 3 of us, they didn’t offer sheets for the pullout. We had to go back to the office twice to get a larger sheet and ask for help with the sofa that didn’t pullout properly. No customer service or hospitality skills! The lobby was redone so it looked okay but everything seemed gilded. Just cheaply renovated or painted. "
