"Toilet wouldn't flush, maintenance wouldn't fix it, the bathtub had a huge hole in the center covered by a tarp of some sort, booked a king room and was given a double bed room due to "maintenance". Apparently maintenance didn't include working plumbing. Don't stay at this s-hole!"

"I stayed at this hotel for a quick family trip while we were in town for a last-minute concert, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. From the outside, the hotel looked decent enough, but things quickly went downhill once we got inside. Our unit was a two-floor studio with a pull-out bed. The stairs leading upstairs felt very sketchy, and the flooring on the top level was uneven, which made the whole space feel unsafe and uncomfortable.There was a stain at the base of the bed. It wasn't a clean space. The pull-out bed. It didn’t have any bedding, and there were no extra linens in the room. We called the front desk to request bedding, but after waiting about 20 minutes with no response, we had to go down and get it ourselves after the concert, at midnight. To make matters worse, there wasn’t anyone at the desk when we got there, so we had to wait around until someone finally showed up. Overall, the lack of basic amenities, poor responsiveness from staff, and safety concerns made this stay far from enjoyable. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, especially for families."

"Nos permitieron hacer check in antes de las 3:00pm lo que fue muy bueno para nosotros. Cuando llegamos a la habitación La bañera estaba en malas condiciones. Pelada y se veía sucia. Pero en realidad estaba manchada. El inodoro se veía sucio también. Y el microondas estaba lleno de comida en las paredes. Las sábanas se veían desgastadas y tenían pequeños agujeros. Por otro lado, siempre hubo agua caliente y el aire enfriaba bien. La estadía fue de 2 noches razón por la cual no había servicio a la habitación."

"Ms. Will is amazing she is on top of everything, very friendly and takes care of you. Facilities are well maintain my only issue was bathroom fool odor coming from probably the toilet seal. Strong sewer odor have to keep bathroom door closed."
