"This place is beyond filthy. The faux wood floor is actually sticky. I sat on my bed, took my socks off, walked to the bathroom and back and my feet were so disgustingly black it was gross. I got a wet washcloth and cleaned them off and the washcloth was actually brown with filth. There were drip marks all down the walls, dust all over everything, the bathtub had mold, the whole entire room was gross. And to top it off, there was no hot water at all in the shower. A call to the front desk and the girl said “yeah our boiler is out and we don’t know when it’s going to be fixed”. We checked out and left. "

"The staff were all super nice and helpful. The room, breakfast area, elevators, hallway and pool were all clean. Breakfast had enough variety for everyone. There was plenty of safe parking. I felt they took our safety in account by the elevator requiring a room key for it to move. I highly recommend using the shuttle to Busch or Adventure Island as the driver Miguel is super nice and heplful. I never saw Miguel or any of the staff without a smile. "

"The staff were extremely friendly! Room was clean however our sink has some hair in the bowl upon arrival seems like it wasn’t cleaned prior. Outdoor pool is not HEATED so keep in mind if planning a late night swim! Bar area near the pool was under maintenance there was no bar available on the property extremely upsetting. Breakfast wasn’t the best thing ever. Bush gardens and Yingling brewery is walkable distance which is a plus if planning to attend :) will not be staying here again! "

"The carpet was gross in my room. Stained. Hole in the wall that had a covering over it that fell off. The room smelled gross. The tub was stained and gross so I showered in my flip flops. Pool was underwhelming. They do provide a shuttle to Busch Gardens that was very helpful"

"We enjoyed courteous service, the delicious hot buffet breakfast and our clean comfortable and spacious room. Will stay again when visiting Tampa!"
