The experience was satisfactory. The staff at Lago and Dahlia enhanced the overall stay. However, the cabana rooms would benefit from being larger, as the space felt cramped. Hotel Drury rooms are more spacious than the room in Coronado Springs. The shuttle service to and from the park was excellent. Overall, the resort was good.

The hotel okay with a lot of pros and cons. Casitas are far away. A lot of walking. Rix sports bar and cafeteria food was very good. Staff very friendly and helpful You must allow a lot of time for the bus It is a Disney Mid level property. The parks were amazing.

Such a great place. Wonderful room facing water. 2 beds and 2 sinks. We used the transportation to disney springs. Very easy. We had our cars so parking lot convenient. My only suggestion is to have cart for bags.

Honestly, never had a bad stay here. I’ll give them credit their staff is beyond friendly and even though we were in the rancho buildings we would call up for a trolly and they would come pick us up and bring us to the lobby very quick. Always talkative, smiling and friendly. Disney really knows how to make people feel special and happy. We love staying here. I think it’s very budget friendly. Clean rooms and spacious.
