"We arrived at around 430 and our room was not ready. The girl at the front desk was not friendly and said she would call when the room was ready, but did not. We went to check again around 630 and our room was in fact ready. The view from our room was of the parking lot, however, our room was clean. The restaurant Euphoria on site was just ok. We got bamboozled into going to listen to the vacation club in service which took up 4 hours of our time and stupidly we fell for it. Hours later I came to my senses and revoked immediately, however, the process is stressful. "

"We loved this hotel! It had everything we needed for our stay. The pool, lazy river, chairs in the pool for parents, mini golf and FREE breakfast was fantastic! Loved the smaller size bc it wasn't busy and felt more intimate. Felt safe for the kids to wander and explore the property. My daughter left behind her shoes and we were able to get them back a few days later. So happy with the honesty of the cleaning and front desk staff. "

"This property was terrible! The rooms were nasty. The carpet was wet, towels were stained and bugs were everywhere. The pictures that they show on Expedia are nothing like in person. Also, when I got home and unpacked, I realized that I had items that I purchased from Disney are missing. The items missing cost more than $200. I was told housekeeping would only come every three days, but they came the day after check-in which I thought was really weird and they came the rest of the trip. We were only there for three nights so they shouldn’t have even been in our room. We also got locked out of our room twice while we were there. DO NOT STAY THERE!!! "
