"I cannot read the breakfast or the amenities. I can't wait the room that smell very funny, had a roach come out of the wall next to the shower as well as a spider, if there was a dent in the class of the wall as well, the room itself was very dimly lit the entire time because there's not but the lighting. The bathroom being the biggest part of concern because the water rolls over the shower tub and down the wall to the floor and is unavoidable because the shower rod is placed too high and the tub spout was crudely sealed to the wall. "

"The room was clean and smelled great. Initially I was very pleased with this property until toward the end of our week long stay. A shopping bag full of souvenirs from our trip came up missing and when I called to speak to the hotel manager I was told they weren’t available. I explained that I am 100% positive it was removed by housekeeping and was told someone would call me back. It has been days and I still have not received a phone call from the manager. So I will now be contacting someone through the corporate phone number. This is unacceptable."

"We stayed in a two-bedroom suite in Building 2, and it was very clean and spacious. Housekeeping came in daily for a quick tidy, made the beds, and refreshed the towels, which was a nice touch. The pool was great—perfect size for families with plenty of chairs available. The location was also very convenient, within walking distance to Target, Publix, and several other stores and restaurants. Laundry facilities were located on Levels 2 and 4 of our building. They were free to use and never busy when we needed them, which was a huge plus. My only suggestion would be regarding the weekday breakfast hours. It runs from 6:00–9:00 AM and gets quite busy. Extending it until 9:30 AM might help ease the rush a bit. On weekends, it’s open until 10:30 AM, which felt much more relaxed and enjoyable. We will be returning for sure ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ "
