Airport Hotels, Kissimmee Gateway (ISM)

"It's great for kids. And the price isn't bad (before you add the resort fees and parking fees) compared to a lot of others and the location was convenient to where I needed to go. But if you're on a solo business trip like I was, then well...it could be for you? My room was on the 6th floor (motel style'ish, like a 1-2 br small apartment with outside entry doors) with a great view of the pool and an even greater sound of all the kids in it. My room had a pretty good whif of chlorine but once I got used to it, I forgot about it until everytime I left and re-entered... chlorine, again. You can tell that the hotel was once very nice and it's still alright don't get me wrong but it's seen its better days for sure. I definitely didn't want to get in the pool. I did go down the water slide which was fun. I also wanted to do the surfing thing on my last day but they had no slots available. Aparently you have to sign up way a head of time. Also, what I didn't like and something they should have said upfront is that I had to pay for parking each night. Other than the things I mentioned, the hotel was decent. "

"Really a great place two stay. Great for all ages. The food at the pizza place not too great. But there are plenty of places to eat , five minutes down the road , swimming pool and spa were sparkling. Just wish they were open later. Our room was very clean and accommodating and comfortable. "

"This hotel was amazing! They provided a lot of food. The breakfast was fresh and had many options. They also provided another meal at 5:30, which was chicken Alfredo pasta with soup & salad. The chicken, pasta, sauce were all separate so you can make it how you like. We also got 3 free alcoholic drinks per day. We went to Disney, with a day off in between & this hotel was perfect. We also loved the heated pool, hot tub, & restaurant. They had a bus/shuttle to all Disney parks and Disney springs which made it so convenient to get to our destinations. They even gave us a free room upgrade! We will definitely stay here again!!"

"Only one elevator was working so that was annoying but aside from that it was a good experience the shuttle was fine too "

"The air conditioning in our room was so loud that we hardly slept.The elevators where out and the back security door was broken and left open. "
