"The suite was dirty and smelled slightly moldy. The master bedroom toilet had an issue when flushed the tank kept filling. The water was shut off one day. And the next day the internet and phone service was off. The one bedroom suites air-conditioning was not working. They kept us in the same room for 1 more night after being aware that the ac wasn't working on the second night i literally had to request tobe change on the second night because they planned on leaving us another night at 78 degrees even with the balcony door.which we shouldn't have to leave the doors open to get fresh air."

"Although the front desk staff( forgot her name) was super friendly, honestly I would never stay there again! It’s okay if you don’t plan on staying in your room, just a place to sleep. There’s people , extremely rude and miserable people, living there! Especially the man in room 205! Cleanliness could be much better, pool was not working, no working ice machines or laundry machines. Place is accessible to local shopping centers but lots of sketchy people living there! Don’t stay there with small children!!"
