"Absolutely horrible experience! They had bugs everywhere, we ended up leaving the first night and going somewhere else! Absolutely disgusting!"

"This was our second time staying here, and it was not the best experience. We arrived to check in around 11pm, and after 45 minutes waiting in line we were finally given our keys. There should be a separate line for guests who properly check in online, because once I got to the counter, it only took three minutes to hand me the room keys, and sign for incidentals. When we got to the room, on the surface it appeared “clean” but once we began walking around we felt and saw the floors had not been swept, the counters were not properly cleaned, and the bed sheets had stains all over. The room was not clean at all. It did not resemble our first experience at this hotel."

"This was a great spot for a Valentine Weekend. Super Romantic. Go with a balcony facing the indoor courtyard. The light show in the evening is nice"

"Middle section between the beds was coming off. Hole in bathroom door,. The room was outdated. Gap between the door and the door trim. Took me five minutes to lock the door. It kept getting stuck!"

"Accommodations were falsely advertised as a deluxe 2 room condo with kitchen when in fact they were two separate units. 105a and 105b. Downstairs was near uninhabitable it was so old and dirty. Tremendously disappointing!"

"The room was disgusting. There was dirt on the floor. The sheets were dirty. It smelled like cigarettes in the room. The staff gave us a room change and the floor was dirty. Again we couldn’t even stay the night. We gave the night to the people saying already because they have no cancellation policy they make you stay the night and it’s gross. I don’t know what the breakfast is like. I left as soon as I got there and the parking is free that’s the only good thing."
