"This hotel is charming and offers fantastic amenities, making it a great choice for families traveling with or without kids. A couple of minor drawbacks were inconsistent shower water pressure in certain areas and showers that could have been cleaned more thoroughly, as both of my rooms had some orange buildup around the edges."

"I booked a king bed with ocean front balcony and never did up staying in that room. At first they gave me a double bed ocean room. Then I went and tried to discuss it with the front desk to then be given a intercostal room with a king bed and no balcony. To some the balcony might not matter but to me it does I traveled over a 1000 miles and was looking forward to my balcony looking out to the ocean. Well after staying in the intercostal for one night after a long travel day I went down the next morning hoping they would of had it worked out and maybe the room I booked would be available but no so went back to the double rooms and balcony that’s supposed to be looking out towards the ocean which it was but this time they put us in a corner room and the views just weren’t as good there was a bunch of trees and stuff right out in front kinda blocking the view. The elevators were slow and half the time they didn’t work. Valet was good but very clustered. It just wasn’t at all was what I was expecting and I will never be staying at this hotel again."

"You get what you pay for I guess. The room was not great - just a place to sleep for the night. It felt dirty. Floors were sticky and the sheets smelled like bleach. Would not stay there again. Couldn’t use property since pool was closed for repair. The motor on the A/C was so loud it felt like we were in a truck. Also, we were to have complimentary shuttle service to the port. Our checkin in time for the ship was 12 noon, but they said nothing was available to accommodate that time. The best they could do was a 1:30 shuttle- we ended up paying for an Uber. We’ll never again."

"The stay was decent for a short visit of a couple of days. However, the check-in experience could be improved. When I arrived, there were staff members chatting and no one immediately available to assist. One employee eventually acknowledged me and informed a colleague that two guests were waiting. She helped another guest first, then stepped away without addressing me. After a few minutes, she returned and asked if I needed assistance, at which point I explained that I had been waiting to check in. I didn’t mind waiting, but the interaction felt a bit disorganized and not quite in line with what I’d expect from good hospitality. This seemed consistent with my general experience of service in the area. Overall, the property itself is nice, but it could benefit from more thorough cleaning to maintain that fresh, new-hotel feel."
