"Nice little place. Friendly staff and good buffet breakfast choices. The room was a little outdated and the towels and linen could really do with renewing as they were a little stained and yellow. Located right on top of the main road but had a nice room view over farm fields so it was quiet and peaceful enough to feel like we were relaxing."

The hotel is designed with a modern flair and has 4 restaurants. We were treated to a delicious Continental breakfast and enjoyed the Thai/Chinese restaurant. The passageway connecting the hotel with Gatwick airport and, via south terminal, the train station makes this hotel convenient. No need to get a taxi or Uber. My husband and I look forward to returning to Sofitel Gatwick! A big thank you to all the kind staff, especially Harrish, Alessia, Steven, and the rest whose names I don't recall."
