"Overall the Haian is noisy and too small for the amount of guests. There is a lot of construction activity during the day, which made an arvo siesta difficult. We were provided vouchers to compensate. The street noise at night, and beach noise are unavoidable given the location. It is not a good location if you want to unwind. The pool was always busy, there are not enough places to relax. The breakfast is ok, lots of choice. Staff are friendly, some almost too friendly e.g. cutting up your pizza for you and not leaving you to eat in private."
