"The pool, bowling alley & arcade were great! Loved having a Starbucks on site. They had a hard time keeping the soda machines stocked but the food was good overall. The tacos at the Atomic Grill were great. It was a nice place to stay and would stay again when we go to Universal."

"Very clean staff not to friendly or maybe me and my family went at the wrong time or got check in by the wrong person other then that very clean my family had a time of there life "

"Has issues checking in at the kiosk and has to speak to a clerk which only two were checking people in. Waited roughly 40 mins which I thought was long and manager was behind wall but did not assist the other clerks to move line quicker. Was kind of disappointed that she never apologized for the long wait"
