"The lady checking us in was excellent, the room itself was great with a very good shower, clean room and very comfortable beds. The gentleman on the desk in the morning was doing double duty trying to set up breakfast and run the desk at the same time. No breakfast was available at the scheduled time, though he was working on it, and he was relatively rude at checking out.
