"Very friendly staff "

"Nice and quiet. Could do with some updates, our sink had rust. Was a little surprised that we were responsible for all cleaning (garbage etc) and upkeep of the room, during a three day stay. Housekeeping is not offered. However, the breakfast was a nice setup. "

"Great downtown Santa Fe location without the downtown Santa Fe prices. Easily walk to everything. Quiet. Comfortable. $10 parking is a good deal for Santa Fe and you can stay parked there until 3 pm of your departure day. It’s a two-story motel, so half the rooms require walking up stairs. Whole place has been renovated and looks great. A very pleasant stay."

"This in my third stay at The Querque in as many months. I find that it is one of the best cost-effective places to stay in this part of town. Access to downtown and several hospitals and medical centers is easy. The facilities are all virtually new ... carpet, furniture, everything. The good: Noon checkout, refrigerator, recently renovated, low cost considering the condition of the facility. The less-than good: No microwave (one in the breakfast area, which can be a long walk from the south wing). No freezer in the fridge. Not the best part of town, nor the worst. I was not concerned on the property itself, but I would not be comfortable walking to a restaurant, especially after dark. The outer rooms can be noisy due to the nearby interstate. "

"The room had recently been renewed. The job was fantastic. Enough plugs for charging various electronic devices. I have an Ipad, an IPhone, Hearing aids, and an e reader and there are rarely enough plugs except by disconnecting something like a lamp. Not good. The new counter tops are attractive and practical. Makes the sink area look clean and inviting. The new faux wood floors are very nice. Sometimes I miss the warmth of rugs but rugs fill up with goodness knows what. The new floors are easier to clean and maintain. Adds to the general appeal of the room. The bathroom was pristine. No mold anywhere and the space enhancing shower curtain is great. Such a simple idea with huge benefits. The fixtures were attractive as well and functioned perfectly. The lighting looked like it was out of a magazine on house improvement. The brightness was so welcome. It cheers up the room. Best lighting ever in the hotels I have used. Overall a brilliant renovation. Other motels/hotels should take note what Wyndham/Ramada Has done. They should do as well. "
