"The man at the front was rude to us from the start. Once we got into our room it was nasty the mattress was brown and lumpy. The room was not cleaned there was hair on the bathroom floor and it smelled very musty. We decided to leave because we didn’t feel comfortable sleeping here and the front guy made it very clear we were unable to get a refund. Overall bad experience. "

"Great staff that accommodated us with our camper and dog. We were looking for a hotel room close to downtown Santa Fe so we could run in and see the sights in a very limited time frame. This is an old Motel that has been renovated. They include an excellent breakfast bar, have a nice garden/outside seating area to hang out in, gated parking and the rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated.
