"Maintenance of exterior of B&B is lack luster at best. Rooms are ok..little to no hot water and/or water pressure. No AC was being used, so windows and fan had to suffice and room was quite hot during the daytime. Location is very close to Ski Valley and hiking which was nice. No TV or phones in rooms. Breakfast is extremely good, although only served for one hour every morning. Would not stay here again, there are better choices in the area."

"I have stayed at the Sagebrush a few times and really like it. The upgrades they have made are really beautiful and nicely done. Being dog friendly is very nice and mych appreciated. "

"It was more like a motel experience the bed was hard as a rock you could feel that it had no cushion had 2 terrible nights the room was very dusty the air didn’t work right it was super small the tub was dirty the sink was clogged up "
