"I hate pets! Had a dog in the next room barking all night. But the staff moved my room to a quieter section. centrally located for ski areas."

"This was my second time staying here. Last time was over five years ago. I forgot how truly beautiful this resort is. It’s everything you look for in a resort. Clean, friendly staff, nice pool and jacuzzi. The room itself is stunning and unlike any other room I’ve ever been too. Staff is genuine and accommodating. Can’t say enough about how much I enjoyed my stay. I would highly recommend to say the least. "

"The lodge has been refurbished recently, and the still large rooms are comfortable, with great hot water and pressure and plenty of it. The bathrooms could still use a bit of work (grout work and lighting), though. Soft beds, good linens. No coffee in the rooms but lodge guests get a discount at the new coffee bar. We didn't use the new bar, but happy hour specials are promoted."

"Room fairly spacious and clean, staff friendly, quiet accommodations. The decor is slightly dated, mattress unusually soft and the tub/toilet are a bit small. While the bottom of the bathtub had some sort of non-slip treatment, it’s not very good and there are no grab bar"

" Room did not have internet . Tv requires to see live tv. lock on door were missing. False advertising. It took over half an hour to find somebody to get keys for the room the office closed and had a big dog in it. I have postures, send me a link. I would appreciate some kind of reimbusement"
