"My fiancé and I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. We definitely recommend this hotel as it is in a prime location. The hotel itself was beautiful and maintained very nicely with a decent size room. It wasn’t massive, but we don’t spend a lot of time in our hotel so it wasn’t a big deal to us, but it had a beautiful bathroom with all the bells and whistles. We also really enjoyed the breakfast that was included the next day, we definitely would be coming back and staying at this location as we are a big fan of Riu hotels."

"Honestly, for the price, this place delivers. The room was in good condition, and the mattress was surprisingly comfortable — I had a solid night’s sleep. Simple setup, nothing fancy, but it gets the job done. If you’re looking for something affordable and decent, this is a good option. Good value for the money. Would stay again. 😎 "

"Well located to Skytrain to Access Van sights. Furniture is banged up, hot tub jets don’t work. A thousand kids in pool. Resort fees charged but no enjoyment due to a thousand kids and moms using all the space and screaming. Mattress sinks in and hurts your back. Way overpriced for what you get. When asked for compensation for resort fees only took off one days fees so little to know compensation. No sanitizer in stations. Best thing was the Story Cafe across the street. Best restaurant I’ve been to in a very long time."

"Our family had a spacious, clean suite with large, private bedrooms. Hotel has a beautiful structure and aesthetic. Staff dealt with issues instantly. Near the shops and restaurants of Banff town. Ideal place for a family ski trip. "

"Excellent and prompt service from hotel staff; our executive suite was comfortable and clean. It's great to see the restaurant open again (only for breakfast for now) after years of closure. We stay at this hotel often and are noticing however that the rooms are starting to look tired (carpets are wearing, furniture is dated, walls are scuffed, etc). Windows are in need of upgrading, both for thermal efficiency and to reduce street noise. "
