Our family went during the off season (beginning of March 2026) and it seemed they were understaffed. The lobbies, sitting areas, pool areas, carpets, surfaces were dusty and dirty from other customers and not being cleaned in between. Every person I saw was working so hard and very pleasant. But, in my opinion short staffed. Cute ghost tour and planned kids events. Rooms seemed clean and up to par, the rest of the shared parts of the resort, not so much.
