"the plates in the cupboard were dirty (food on them), dishwasher didn't work and had issues with AC. Carpets are all stained and dirty. The issues we had staff addressed but to me they should not be issues in the first place"

"The property was extremely tired and run down. The door lock of the 1st room we were assigned stuck and would not open without several attempts using both hands. We drew a line when we were inside the room and the door would not open, effectively locking us in inside. We asked and where given a 2nd room. The shower in that room had a leak at the wall so that when you turned the shower tap on, it sprayed water like a fountain up over the show curtain all over the bathroom, pooling puddles of water that leaked into the bedroom. We had to use a towel to cover the leak. The refrigerator also did not work at all and so items in the refrigerator was room temperature. The staff were good in relocating us but the property is tired and badly needs maintenance. "
